Large and extremely violent tornado on the ground over Cole, Oklahoma

A massive supercell thunderstorm has blasted through the cap south of Oklahoma City with a large tornado on the ground near Cole, about 25 miles south of Oklahoma City.

A PDS tornado warning, signifying a particularly dangerous situation, has been issued by the National Weather Service due to a confirmed large and exceptionally violent tornado that is en route to Cole, Goldsby, Washington, Noble, and Slaughterhouse in Oklahoma.

This is an extremely dangerous situation that poses a threat to life, and immediate shelter is strongly advised.

According to the prediction center, there is a warning of severe thunderstorms that may occur in the central states on Wednesday afternoon and night, with the potential for very large hail, a couple of tornadoes, and severe gusts.

The center also indicated that on Thursday, the severe storms threat will move to the east, affecting areas such as eastern Texas, northwestern Louisiana, southeastern Oklahoma, southeastern Missouri, and much of Arkansas.
