Due to high winds, two large pine trees have fallen on the Augusta National course, causing the suspension of play for the second time.

It is uncertain whether any spectators were harmed.

Although it wasn’t raining when the horn was sounded, play was halted at 4:22 due to the risk of lightning and stormy weather.

Many fans stayed in their seats despite the announcement.

The initial suspension lasted 21 minutes before the players were permitted to continue.

Brooks Koepka has completed his 36 holes and is currently in the lead at 12 under.

This is a developing story that will be updated when more information is available.
