The sound of gunshots Sunday morning led deputies with the Collier County Sheriff’s Office to an active shooter situation at a Waffle House restaurant in Naples.

Collier County Sheriff’s Office deputies confirm they responded to a shooting this morning at the Waffle House at 3824 Tollhouse Drive in Naples.

Greater Naples Fire Rescue District and Collier County EMS crews responded to the incident at 5:12 AM Sunday morning.

Both victims were taken to a local hospital for their injuries.
